Thar Meadows is located near the rooted city of Jodhpur, in proximity to DPS Jodhpur and adjacent to Pal Road. Thar Meadows is a plotted development near Jodhpur, spread across 12 acres with 100 plots and 80 residential units, including 9 unique villas across the site.

Despite being situated in the state of deserts, the proposed Thar Meadows has its fair share of green landscape, along with complementing common amenities. The design and planning concept is built around uniformly distributed green and open areas that add value to the plots, with a common visual language bringing uniformity across varying plot sizes, which required 9 different unit designs. Common facilities complement the residential and recreational spaces around them. One of the important features on site is the Green Lung, a recreational space that increases the green footprint, its linearity also elevates the value of adjacent plots. Attributes such as wide shaded footpaths, pavilions, uniform façades, feature walls, and contiguous green space make the place visually appealing.
