Thar Meadows is located near the rooted city of Jodhpur, in the proximity of DPS Jodhpur and adjacent to Pal Road.

Thar Meadows is a plotted development near Jodhpur, spread out in 12 acres with 100 plots and 80 residential units.

The common facilities also complement residential and recreational spaces around them. There are 9 unique villas across the site.

Design & Planning Concept:

Uniformly distributed green and open areas add value to these plots. Use of common visual language brings uniformity in varying plot sizes which required 9 different unit designs.

One of the important features on site is the Green Lung, a recreational space to increase the green footprint. Due to its linearity, the adjacent plots would also have elevated value.
