DPC undertook the technical evaluation of both the pre-design and conceptual design stage deliverables submitted by the Consultant Consortium, appointed by GIFTCL. The objective of the evaluation was to verify the deliverables submitted by the consultant against the contract documents. The focus was on identifying data discrepancies and assessing the qualitative and quantitative completeness of the work, rather than the design itself. The evaluation followed a method of assigning scores and quantifying the work submitted against the contract documents, expressed as a percentage.
