GMR Goa International Airport Limited (GGIAL) is developing a Greenfield Airport at Mopa in North Goa. The Master Plan and Architecture Design of the Residential Township was awarded to a consortium of two firms as part of the development. DPC prepared the Master Plan of the township, which included housing for staff of GMR, AAI, and various government departments, along with family accommodation for CISF and RAXA, barracks, a hospital, guest house, school, and support amenities.

The master plan for the township took into consideration the varied contesting requirements for space, tying up these needs into a coherent plan. The residential blocks were planned in a manner that they get clear views of the valley. Some of the features of the plan include segregated vehicular and pedestrian movement, large contiguous green space connecting the entire site along with a walking trail, a promenade on the other side, and recreational spaces for the residents of the township.
